Delivery and Shipping

Pig & Rooster offers shipping by USPS Priority Mail to the USA, US Territories and Puerto Rico. We charge a standard $5.95 flat rate plus $2.00 per item.

Delivery Schedule and Order Status

Items in stock ship within (2) business days of purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information and a tracking number. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but your order should arrive approximately 2-5 days from date of shipment.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AmEx. All payment information is entered on a secure server.


We take pride in our products and want our customers to be satisfied. In the event that an item you ordered is defective or damaged, please contact us by phone or email to arrange an exchange.


We accept returns and exchanges on undamaged, unworn merchandise within (7) days of receipt. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear. To receive a refund, your item must be unworn and unused with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns without prior contact, so please call or e-mail us before you ship merchandise back to us. Should you decide to return or exchange an item(s), all shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.


We take our customers’ privacy seriously and take efforts to guard all personal information. All purchase transactions occur on a secure, encrypted server. We will never share any customer’s personal or contact information without his or her explicit written consent.

Pig & Rooster is still recovering from Hurricanes Irma and Maria. We're working diligently to have our store back up and running as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are still sorting through our inventory to determine what is damaged and what is not. As such, we still can not offer online sales at this time. Dismiss
